Hammer, Morgane & Craine

I received what is supposed to be dunning letter yesterday from some law office claiming to be Hammer, Morgane & Craine baised in Baltimore, MD. After that phone calls followed at an unimaginable rate. When I ask about details of the debt, all I get is "You had an account with Orchard Bank which you overdrew. We are collecting on the unpaid balance."
First off, never had an account with Orchid. I have never done business with anybody other than BoA. So this debt cannot be mine. Given that fact, when I ask for a physical address to send them a cease and desist letter, they refuse saying that they are not allowed to disclose their address.
I am at a loss. How do I deal with them? Without an address I cannot do much.

A legitimate law firm would
A legitimate law firm would not hesitate to give you their address. If the calls persist, simply ignore and/or report them to your state's AG and the FTC.
