Will a collection be implied if on maternity leave and no pay?

Will a collection judgment be implied on me if I am on matermity leave and I had to opt for no pay option. Will any interest get accrued? If required, I can show medical documents. I will join job but after a few months.

Usually, the plaintiff can do 2 things after winning judgment against you. They can either garnish your wage or can levy your bank account. Right now, they can't garnish your wage. But they can levy your bank account. Do you have money in your bank account?
