I have a letter stating that they are going to take me to arbitration. They have attached a copy of my orginal Verizon bill. I incured this debt in Illinois and I now live in California. The bill was in 2003. I believe the SOL has run out. I also filed a ID Theft Affidavit in 2003. The phone was stolen. Can anyone please help me? Thank you

I moved out of Illinois in 2003. Since then I have lived in California, Michigan, and back to California. I have been here for a year.
