We keep getting calls from MCM(midland credit management) for my step son, I told them he does not live here and to quit calling. These calls just started last week, well they keep calling and always says unknown, well today my daughter answers and they leave a message with her with a number, name and extension. I called them back and told the lady once again they have the wrong number and that I have already informed them of this once, and that they need to quit calling our number, and that this information was none of our business, and that I really believed she was breaking the law by continuing to call us, when we had informed them that he did not live there. I have a feeling that the calls won't stop is there anything else I can do? I know someone will say give them my step sons number. Well, I won't do that, I myself have had to deal with CA and I think they are the scum other earth, and will in no way help them out. As a matter of fact I told her, since they keep telling us about his situation that I would gladly testify in court for him if he ever decided to sue.

If you have already told them to quit,then they should not have bother you like this.Because according to Federal Fair Debt Collection Act , no company can bother you like this.So,later on if you get any calls from them,just let them know about that & you can also block that no as well....Try this out,this will work for you..
