This is my first time engaging in an online community forum...it's been interesting. If you've read this before I do apologize as I haven't received a reply, or at least I don't know how to get to it.
I sent the dispute letters to both MCM and the attorney's office. The letter from MCM was returned to me as non deliverable; the post man said they must have changed their location, and we agreed it was odd that there was no place to forward it. The address I have is 5775 Roscoe Ct, San Diego, CA. I found another address that I'll re-send it to: 8875 Aero Dr Suite 200, San Diego 92123. Also, I got a letter back from the attorney's office that was notarized by Amy Lynn Berscheit from MN. The letter is a testimony of an apparent MCM employee from CA who says she is the "...current owner of, and/or successor to, the obligation sued upon." She continues to say that she has "...personal knowledge of all relevant financial information concerning[my account number]." There is no information which directly responds to my dispute, it just reiterates what the first letter said; they seem to have ignored my requests altogether. There is still no due date or contact information if I have any questions as well. How should I respond to this? Also, Visa was unable to track the account number in question. Thank you for your help-I really need it!

I know your post has been here awhile, and I do hope that we may be able to still help you. I would send a debt validation letter, you will find a copy/link here to use, to the second address and send it certified with a return reciept. I would also contact your states Attorneys Office as soon as possible and send that office copies of all that you have sent these people and send it certified mail with a return reciept. Someone will be along shortly to give you the links here that you may need for your letters, etc. Sit tight, and it will be alright..you have come to the right place.

thanks
