MCM harassment

I spoke with his manager who said he'd "coach him through how to talk to customers", but I doubt it.
How do I handle this?

You need to have a proof of this letter received by the company. If they continue to call after receiving your letter, you are in a better position to file a class action lawsuit against the company for violating the federal laws.
Be aware on the laws on recording in your state. You might like to pursue legal actions if they continue their violations.
