Collection calls for unknown party

keep getting calls for another person. We've had our number for over 20 years and this person is unknown by us. When mcm was told they said it's not their fault our number is be given to them and continue to call us at all hours. This is not our debt and we'd like the calls to stop.
You should send a cease and desist letter to the collection agen
You should send a cease and desist letter to the collection agency mentioning the fact that you're not the person they are looking for and ask them to stop contacting you.
