Question about reporting

Hey I was going over my credit report, getting ready for a new round of DVs...I notice that all medical collections have a MED1 in front of it...I know that is supposed to be what ppl see if they look at your credit report, if you look at it yourself, you see MED1 with whatever the name of the Dr/Hospital is.
Now I noticed one particular collection company that did NOT put this MED1 in front of the name....so I am thinking that they are in violation since the medical information is supposed to be private.
BUT I am not sure if the CRA is at fault or the CA, what do you guys think?
I have half a mind to slam them both and let them decide who is at fault. :twisted:
