What letter to use for DV on medical collection?

Is there a special letter or process that you use to request validation on a medical collection? Also, do medical collections come off of your report in seven years?
You can use the same letter that is used for any other DV reques
You can use the same letter that is used for any other DV request, just change the wording a little to make it specific to a medical situation. Example--instead of asking for the original signed contract proving that you initiated this debt, you would ask for a copy of the signed promise to pay statement from the medical service provider.
And yes, medical debts are supposed to come off of your report the same way as consumer debts do.
