CAN I SEND A DEBT VALIDATION LETTER TO THIS COLLECTION AGENCIES I HEARD MEDICAL COLLECTIONS ARE A LOT DIFFERENT THAN CREDIT CARDS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I SHOULD FOLLOW THE SAME STEPS AS A REGULAR COLLECTION
