Can I forward a copy of this letter to the CRA's and request that because I am not financially responsible for these bills, please remove them from my report?

Once I get all the paper work back from the hospital and the Emergency room doctors(they are on the same financial assistance plan as the hospital) all total I will be getting about 27 negative collection accounts off my report. That will only leave me about $2500 to pay and I'm hoping I can negotiate them down. Thank you so much for your response.

The statute of limitations depends on your state, as they all very. Plus I am not 100% sure but I think hospital visits and such are considered open accounts, maybe written contracts if you signed promise to pay notes.
They can attempt to collect forever, but they can't sue you past the SOL and they can't report past the 7.5 years.
