I have about 10 CAs on my credit report. Most are within SOL and most balances are smaller balances and most are medical. Only 1 is past SOL. Would I be better off to do a pay in full for deletion or PFD and pay a percentage of the total?

Paid collection looks no better than an unpaid collection for the most part. And most wont do pay for deletes. If you must pay them, pay as little as possible.
