C&D on OC in Michigan

I want to send cease & desist letters to internet PDL companies but because they are original creditors, I want to limit their contact to USPS or e-mail only. Does anyone know what the law in Michigan is concerning OC and C&D letters?

You can send a letter similar to this but be advised that cease and desist only applies legally to third party collectors, therefore the OC does not legally have to abide by this. This letter doesn't state anywhere that it's a law so basically YOU are prohibiting contact at YOUR request/demand.
