There should be a statement included that they will not sale the balance of the debt to another JDB and that they will notify the CRA's that the debt has been paid. See if they have an in house notary, most companies do, and ask that the signature on the paperwork that states all the information is stamped and witnessed by a notary.
Cover every single base you can think of on that paperwork.
