midland funding has frozen my bank account unless i pay in full from a debt in 2005 they will not settle less their atterneys went straight for my bank no notice but from bank already paid current bills now im overdrawn from my account but if i try to put any money in there they will take it can they get into another bank account if i open one

Somewhere along the line, Midland got a judgement against you. Did you receive a summons? Respond to it? SHow up in court?
