I was told that if you offer at least a dollar they have to take that if they refuse 3 times the debt can be nulled and void for refusal to accept payment in washington state Bryan


Accepting a payment is not the same as meeting the minimum payment amount due under the terms of the credit agreement with them.
I am unaware of the specifics of the state code to which you reference, but I am sure that it does not state than making any payment will qualify as a minimum acceptable payment set in your billing statement. That would be tantamount to the state unilaterally altering the terms of a private contract.
