I am being served with a court summons for a loan from quickclick loans llc (they are licensed in Missouri) for a $1100 loan, 24 months @ 96%. Does this Missouri Usury Law come into play? Please - I need any advice you can give. Thanks.

At first give a reply to the court summons. If possible try to set up a payment arrangement with Quick Click Loans outside the court.

Contact the Missouri Department of Financial Regulation and explain what is happening. They should be able to tell you.
