M1Y Direct

Hello, just to let you know. I received a phone call from, well actually I'm not sure what company they were with. Anyway, they called me this morning at my place of work, and she Ellen Char was representing M1Y direct. She told me that there were 2 charges pending against me by M1Y direct,1) misuse of federal funds 2) default in breach of contract, there were several more as well. She was telling me that they (M1Y Direct had turned my account over to a company called I Collect (a debt broker), M1Y was claiming they tried to withdraw funds for my loan from my checking account. They also said that the bank sent a rejection back, claiming that my account had been frozen & closed. I sent this company Bass Enterprises, which is where the Mrs. Ellen Char was from, (I assume), I sent a money gram for $499.80, to this Bass Enterprises, so that the charges would be dropped and they would not proceed further. Afterwards I went to my bank to check and see if M1Y tried to withdraw funds from my checking, and my account rep and bookeeping at my bank, went over my account thoroughly and they showed no record of M1Y trying to withdraw funds from my account. So now I have called this Mrs. Ellen Char back and told her what I had found out, and of course she sent me to her supervisor to handle the matter further. I talked to the supervisor and I explained to her what I had found out from my bank. She told me she was going to call this I collect, where my account is supposedly and find out exactly what was the reason. This bass enterprises showed that on 4/24/07, the attempt to withdraw funds by M1Y direct was returned, but yet there is no record from my bank, that they even tried. It does show where they deposited the loan into my account, but no withdrawals. I feel like I have been scamed by this company. Is there anybody else I can contact to press charges against this M1Y direct. Please let me know if there is.
