I am receiving threatening phone calls in regards to my 73 year old mother. He stated in a voice mail that if the paperwork was not resolved that he would make sure my mom would not have a leg to stand on. Help!


wards closed up shop in 2001.what state are you in and who was the bottomfeeder that called?this is most likely way past SDL even if she did have a wards charge account.bottomline most likley a bottomfeeder.two last questions.what number do you have for them,and did she even have a wards account?i wouldn't worry as again smacks of total scam/bottomfeeder.

When did your mother stop making payments? When did she become deliquent? What state does she live in?

The fact that the store closed is irrelevant if your mom continued making payments.

i know that they allowed payments to be made until 2002 as they just finshed the liquidation then.however you are right on as the OP'S mom could have paid another party,but still i wonder what state they are in and when the last payment was.would be interested to find out,but the message smacks of complete bottomfeeder.
