How do you get in touch with Arrow Financial? I paid them money to settle a debt many years ago(over 6 years ago) and now a new company is coming after that same account. I have moved and lost the settlement letter. What can I do?

When was the date of first deliquency on this account?? It is more than likely out of SOL...what state do you live in???
