i just found out that mrc recievables has a judgement against however i just found out that someone has stolen my social security number and use it towards getting credit cards now collecction agencies are calling me all the time can u help me

That way you can take this to the court and motion for the judgement to be overturned due to id theft and if you werent even served a summons another motion to have it overturned
