Racial discrimination by MRS

How can I sue MRS Associates for calling my new home on a new # I got less than 2 years ago, asking for an ex wife of about eight (8) years? We had no personal or joint debts I called back to speak with so called supervisor/manager who said "I was born here" a derogatory remark about my accent/race/ethnicity/nationality.

As for the racial comment, it would be your word against theirs. Unless on tape you cannot prove it.
Send them a cease and desist and move on.
