Dunning Letter

I got my first call from LRA yesterday. Do I call them back and ask for a dunning letter or do I just send the DV out.
I have no idea who they are attempting to collect on. I know its a payday loan but if its for MTE then that one was included in a bankruptcy about 3 years ago.
