When I was behind on my debts, I got summoned to court quite a few times and never once showed up, really because it wouldn't have changed a thing. I was going to lose either way. Anyway, there was never a warrant put out for my arrest. I wonder why the OP's husband got one.

you are okay
I had creditors after me as well. With fictious court dates and flyers sent to.the house. Anything to threaten you and scare you. The most that can happen is a court hearing and thats all. Just reply to that notice. Look up the court in your county. Most likely its made up. They just want to get their money any way they can.
