OK my husband had a court date and he called and made payment arrangements so he did not have to go to court. I am the only one working at the time and we fell behind on paying them. So he gets a card from the court stating that he has a warrant for his arrest and to handle this matter. (He really has one it is a real sheriffs office in Wichita) We called the Lawyer and left a message and they NEVER call and you can never just talk to a person you have to leave a message and then they will call you back. Well we sent 100 bucks and a note stating that we will send them 100 bucks every payday from my check until these A holes are paid back. the bill is for Speedy Cash. I understand that we fell behind but could they not have just sent a letter stating that he needed to start paying. He did call about the court date he just did not show up to it. So I wonder if this payment will stop the warrant. You can't ask them since they never call you back, and this is for a legit lawyer offce.
What happens if he is arrested will he go to jail like some criminal? What do these people want people to do when they have no money...poop it out.

I had creditors after me as well. With fictious court dates and flyers sent to.the house. Anything to threaten you and scare you. The most that can happen is a court hearing and thats all. Just reply to that notice. Look up the court in your county. Most likely its made up. They just want to get their money any way they can.
