Does any of the attorneys on the website provide services to low income individuals? Has anyone used an attorney from there, if so, how much would it cost?

The best way to find out is to search for one in your area, call them, and inquire. I think it really depends on what type of representation you are looking for, sometimes Attorneys will work on a contingency basis if they feel you have a good case which has a good possibility of winning so they can recoup their fees, or cases that deal with fdcpa violations which they could sue for. :)
