I have a problem with two separate debt collectors. I paid in full a debt with one collector(NAFS). However another collector, Arrow Financial, continues to call me indicating that they "bought" the debt and I must pay them. Now, I'm having problems contacting NAFS to see what happened to the money I paid them. Do you have any guidance on what I should do. Also, are you familiar with the integrity of either of these vultures?

Do you have proof you paid the first CA? Its a sad fact, but the first CA will not really be very helpful now that they have their money.
Also, did you pay the debt in full, or did you settle in full? If settled, did you get the agreement in writing?
If so on either of those, send a DV letter to arrow with the copies and explain that you have already paid this account and unless they can prove that you owe, they had better go away.
