I sent out a DV letter to a CA (NAFS). They are trying to collect for Blockbuster for movies they say I kept. What they sent me in response was printout with no letter head that anyone could have typed listing my name and several movie titles. No monetary amounts anywhere. Thier letter states they have provided me with as much dcoumentation as they were able to acquire from thier client, more then required by the legal standard. Obviously this isn't what I asked for in the DV letter. Do I send another DV letter or what?

If you have already send the debt validation letter by certified mail, there is no need to send another letter again. You can send them a second letter telling them that they have violated the provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by not validating the debt properly and so they should validate it properly in order to collect the debt.
