I have searched for info on them. I'm going to file complaints on them because I am being over charged on a loan but everything I have come across is good?

I have read numerous old posts and I'm not seeing where anyone has filed complaints on them?

Am I looking in the wrong areas?

Find out from your attorney general's office for the collection fees permissible in your state. This should not be more than the fees already mentioned in the contract that you signed with the original creditor. If the CA is charging more than the legal amount of your state, this can be your important defense in case you want to take them to the court.

Your balance is now $570.00. If you can have $400.00 of that paid here by 2/16/07 I will agree to waive the rest of what you owe. Will this work 4 you?

Here is the information you will need to send your agreed upon payment on its date due. MoneyGram payments can be made at any MoneyGram location, or Walmart.

Even more, if they are charging an illegal amount, this can be your important claim against NCA, not just a defense. Regarding the lack of complaints, most companies have a confidentiality agreement signed when they agree to pay a debtor for illegal harassment or illegal collection activities. Sometimes a lack of chatter about a certain company can mean they settle claims quickly.
