National Legal - or whatever they are calling themselves today

I wanted some advice on how to handle these calls. I know it is a scam and have just not been answering the phone or returning their calls, but today it got out of hand. They called my cell 4 times in a row before finally leaving a message and then called my work number. I answered the phone, not giving my name, and told them that I wasn't here today. I would actually like to file complaints against them, but not sure where to do that as the numbers they call from are different numbers. They haven't threatened me - only saying that if I or my attorney did not return the call, they would not be responsible for what unfolded. Whatever is going to unfold has been going on for almost 1 month now and I'm still here and not in jail. Any advice on where to file complaints or should I just continue to ignore them?

Yes he had a thick accent - sounded East Indian and went by the name John White - this was the first time I could make out the name he used. I just would love to file a complaint somewhere to get them shut down because I know there are people who they have gotten money from. They don't go by US National Bank - always have something that says National Legal or something with National and Legal in the name. When I Google the phone numbers, I don't get any info on them.
