They are used by most debt collectors and credit card cos. you will find (if you read reviews) that they rule 90% or greater in favor of the cccs; in essence, they're not quite impartial, if you get my drift. try to avoid having to deal with them.
I can't give you specific legal advice, but from personal experience I would suggest against going through NAF.
