It sounds like an auto-dialer. Give a call back at the number they mentioned and ask about the purpose of their call. Use a pay phone to make the call. You need to keep your home phone number safe in case they have the wrong number and looking for somebody else.

I did not find anything with that phone number, but I searched NARS, and this is what I found. The number is probably a false number from a computer dialer system. Hope this helps.
