They have called me also for a payday loan that I attempted to pay back. The company I got the loan through whenever I call them they don't even say a word and hang up on me. I am also unable to make payments on their website because they have locked me out and told me to call customer service, but from up above you have read all they do is continue to hang up on me. I've gotten calls from some of the same numbers stating they are national processing group but I haven't answered they have just left me voicemails stating that I have so long to call them back and there's a warrent out for my arrest. They've also called my PARENTS!!! Can they really arrest me for this?

it's because i called the original loan company and they told me that it has been charged off to National Credit adjuster.But, i kept getting calls from national processing group collecting the debt.It's confusing coz it should be national credit adjuster calling me not NPG unless there working in the same company but using different names.Please help this people are getting on my nerves.I would not mind paying my balance as long that it goes to the right collector.

Ok.. take it easy. Send a cease and desist letter to national credit adjusters, return receipt requested. They are collecting on illegal debt. Here is the one I sent on my father's behalf to them. In georgia ALL PDLs are illegal and unenforceable.

I live in the State of Georgia and pay day loans are prohibited in my state. Thus you are collecting on an invalid debt and I am quite sure you are aware of this.

National processing group sounds like a scam. Give me their phone number and let me do some research before we definitively advise you to write them off as a scam.

they are using different names and different phone numbers.THis is all the numbers they used to called me 716-261-2872,716-261-2781,1-888-392-3253,1-888-284-7412,..the first time they contacted me they left a msg saying that it was Paul Sheerwood and that i have 48hrs to call them back or if they wont hear anything from me they will send a summon that was July 27,2012.I didnt get any summon thank God.I'm so new to this and got so scared when they asked me for my bank account they were so demanding i was hesitant to give it to them at first but they were harassing me in the point that i was shaking.(smile)...so i give it and made a payment arrangement to be debited on july 31,2012 in the amount of $100.On July 16th National processing group took money in my acct. in the amount of $100.which they are not suppose too coz it should be on the 31st.I went on the bank and file fraudulent claim.I pray that God will expose them coz its hard to sleep at night thinking about this.i do really appreciate your help

Looks like National Credit Adjusters may have sold the account. I would follow the chain of title. That is the easiest way to see who has legal rights to the account.

Send them a cease and desist letter IN WRITING via certified mail, return receipt requested. Then report the to the FTC and your state AG's office.

I have a pdl that I was not able to keep up with and let it go. The debt was forwarded to the same mentioned collectors. They have been calling my house, family and have called my boss three times and spoke to my boss personally twice. They have told my boss it is a "county matter". My boss has told them that I am unable to take personal calls both times she spoke with them and they are still calling her to talk to me. Isn't that illegal to keep calling my job after my Supervisor has told them to stop?
