I would respond, letting them know that the payday lender that they are trying to collect for is not licensed in your state to lend, I would also let them know not to contact you at home/work/or any other number that they have of you. If you paid back the principal, I would also tell them that. I would send a DV letter. I would also check your credit reports, they had reported me, I disputed it with the agencies and they deleted the record.
