National Recoveries Notice

A couple months ago while I was in the midst of changing bank accounts (due to dealing with payday loans) I inadvertently left a check off the list the bank was authorized to pay and it bounced due to closed account. I wasn't aware of this until I received a notice from National Recoveries. (Which I paid right away)

In the address window it clearly said "Returned Check Collection Notice." Isn't that a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to have that visible?

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'm not wanting to pursue anything but I did note that there are law firms that specialize in pursuing these types of violations.
I was just surprised that a firm as large as National Recoveries would do something like that. It almost looked the form was either printed wrong or even folded wrong to have that wording visible in the address window of the envelope.

I want to know something. Since the collection agency has violated the FDCPA in this case, can the OP file a lawsuit against National Recoveries for this reason?
