Just got off the phone with this company, They gave me 2 hours to get back to them. This American express card is 3 mos. late. These people are from india, I told them I was recording them. I can't belive I was talking to India.

Now that they have called you tell them they have 5 days after their first initial contact with you to send you a dunning letter (letter of collection), per federal law. Do NOT give them any of your personal information; including account numbers, SS#, nothing! If this was truly a legit company they would know the law and follow it, obviously they don't. Never trust phone calls, always tell them you need some type of documentation via the mail.
