Hello,
Anyone have any issues with them when sending a payment for settlement? I have an Aemx acct with them now for a balance of $2800. They said they'll accept half if I can give them a check over the phone.
I requested it in writing and they are faxing me a copy of the letter. I want to make sure it says that this settlement is final and no further collections will happen.
These guys are notorious for taking a payment and then selling the balance to a new collection agency to collect.
Any concerns or bad experiences?
