I wanted to share with everyone that I finally sent a consumer complaint to my Attorney General in NC for consumer and they responded quickly. They said that they sent this company a letter telling them about our state's laws and that they have 15 days to respond and they requested that this so-called law firm cease and desist from further collection activity on my account. I dont know if this will solve my problem with these people completely, but I am so excited that my AG actually did something to help...now I am going to do the same thing to another company that keeps harassing me :o

It's really good to know that the Attorney General's office has considered your request and have taken actions against Lombardo, Davis and Goldman Law Firm. Hope your problems get resolved quickly. Do keep us posted :-)
