NEED ADVICE WITH NCA

NCA apparently bought my CashNET USA LOAN from AIS. NCA called me yesterday, nasty people.. I borrowed $600.00 from CASHNET USA and paid back $300.00. I want to settle this but do not want to deal with NCA. Suggestions...Two things I have learned never get a pay day loan. And settle with them because the collection agencies are worst than the payday loan people.


did you have a loan with cashnet usa?they are a legal loan and can take legal action themselves if needed.AIS is a bottom feeder CA.plus AIS collects for cashnet 500 aka payday-loan-yes.a bottom feeder PDL.just wondering.

Yes I had a loan with Cashnet Usa. They said they sold it to AIS. But NCA called me they were just rude and said I owed $950.00 in which I said I didn't and they kept saying I was refusing to pay. I was trying to work out a plan. In the middle the conversation he just yelled you now just forget it.

i would send DV and C&D letters.send them certified mail return receipt requested.once they get that,they cannot contact in any way until they validate.
