AIS/NCA collection Agency are they the same company?

Send them a cease and desist letter, a revoke wage assignment letter, and a debt validation letter. Cover your bases!

I have the same issue, please let me know what you find out. When I spoke to AIS they gave me a non working number for NCA and when I called AIS back to let them know the information they gave me was incorrect they did not care and would not help me.

I ahve never had such a problem giving someone money that I owe! I need help pls let me know where I can pay off my debt that I collected at Advance America a pay day loan company!
I would appreciate any help!

I too have been receiving calls from them and I am not sure why because I was making payments on my loan. They told me that they had my employment information and that they would send it to my company to start garnishing my wages unless I voluntarily paid the amount owed($300). borrowed: $300paid: $120internet: Manhatten ProcessingState: Texas

They called me too and read from a script about taking me to court. When I called I gave them my fax number and they never faxed me anything. I have also gone to a NCA website and wrote a ltter asking them how I could correct this, no answer. I owe payday one loans too and they were great and worked out a settlement without going through a 3rd party
