Recently NCA called me, short story, I agree to pay the settlement balance of 555, when I checked my credit report they reported that I still owe 180 dollar instead of settle paid in Full? What should I do? Is that legal?

If you did not get a written contract when you agreed to pay the $555 stating the debt would be satisfied by $555 they probably just sold the debt minus your $555 payment in which case another CA will probably buy the debt to attempt collection on the remaining. If you do have a contract stating the debt was satisfied then you simply need to provide it to the 3 credit reporting agencies so they can note this in your credit report.
