Ncc business services

Does anyone know who NCC business services is affiliated with. I had 4 payday loans out. I have sent my letters many times and keep sending them. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my attorney generals office in PA. I have received a PIF letter from Integrity and Sandpoint has agreed to accept the remaining $70 that I have left to pay towards the principal. I have not heard from Kenwood Services or Ace Cash Services. This is a collection agency that keeps leaving me messages on my cell but does not state who he is collecting for? Has anyone dealt with this company? Thanks so much for all your help.
