Did you ever just send them a C&D letter? Or a request for a payment history? A lot cheaper than an attorney.
What type of account was this?
The attorney hasn't cost us a dime. He's only addressing the NC
The attorney hasn't cost us a dime. He's only addressing the NCO issue, not the original creditor. He has dealt with NCO many times and says he sues them on a regular basis and they end up just closing the account.
NCO does not have our address so I was reluctant to give it to them. That's why I went through the attorney.

Hey I dealt with NCO today and they are terrible, I dealt with a "Eric Allen" or "Eric Hanlin" screamning and yelling. Im wondering what attorney have, because I see on your post it has not costed you anything.
