the only problem that i have with nco is that they call constantly. sometimes 6-7 times a day and at different numbers. first, they will call at one number and if i do not answer, they will call right back at another number. i have answered the phone talked to someone and then lord and behold someone will call back about 10 minutes later. i will then tell them that i just talked to someone about 10 minutes ago and hang up. /when i get a job, they will be one of the first i pay.

They don't have the identify themselves on voice mail but they should be doing it when you speak to them. Reading the Mini Miranda to you is identifying the account in collections, if they did that.
I have had 3 different recorded messages recently on my unlisted
I have had 3 different recorded messages recently on my unlisted number after having "caller unknown" actual callers asking for 2 different people I have never heard of--the real voices usually call on Saturday or Sunday around 8 a.m -- my time and they sound like thugs or ex-convicts and when you tell them you don't know anyone named Julie or whoever they act like they don't believe you--the recorded messages stopped a week ago from someone named JBC --even if you are home and pick up the phone the message is still recorded--"please call Gina or someone"--the debts are so old they are searching for someone who had your number years ago-- I understand they are able to contact your parents many times if you grew up moved away and your parents are old school and still have the same number--but most of the time they are just harassing people who acquired this number someone else has had within the past ten years --I just purchased a telephone system for only $99 that will direct these unwanted calls into oblivion--just punch in unwanted area codes or actual numbers and you can choose not to even have your phone ring--and stop being harassed! I actually purchased this device because am tired of cc companies calling with all their wonderful free trial offers-but you can put in any number you don't want to accept calls from--you can easily find this device online by the simple google search stop unwanted calls
number of times calling NCO
How many times can NCO call per day? I have them calling at least twice an hour, No Kidding!! And like alot of people they are from different numbers and when you speak to someone they do not have prior information in their computer.
