NCO Financial calls

NCO Financial has started trying to reach me by calling my friends. They have called 2 of my friends already and I don't have any idea how they would have these friends' phone numbers. These are people that are not and would not be listed on any information I've provided in a financial realm.
Does anybody know how they are getting these numbers and what I can do about it?
My debt is under one year old and it is debt that I have stopped paying on because I have been unemployed for over a year now and just cannot pay and live at the same time.
If anybody has any advice for me, it is much appreciated.

There are reports they can pull that lists family but friends?
There are reports they can pull that lists family but friends? Not so sure. Is this student loan that you listed references?
You need to call them yourself and give them contact information for you or else they and any successors will continue to call. Or you could cease and desist.
