Send that dispute (with info) to the credit reporting agencies and request that the false tradeline be removed from your credit report(s). Be as thorough as you can and spell everything out in detail. Send a Cease & Desist letter to NCS.

If the reporting agencies come back to you as 'verified' on the account. Send them a certified letter demanding to know their procedure (by law you have this right). They will either send you something, nothing, or remove the tradeline.
It may come down to you having to file suit. Depending on what the CRA does, you can include them in the suit if they verify the tradeline despite you sending them irrefutable evidence (IMO recipts are pretty irrefutable). There is a good chance that if it gets to that point, they will drop the tradeline because they -really- don't like being sued.
If this happens you can drop the CRA from the suit but keep the suit against the CA, to recoup your court costs since they did not remove it.

Thanks Guys! It's just such a pain in the a** trying to get these people to do what they are supposed to do. They can't even tell me what this debt is for. The only thing they sent with the letter was a copy of the lease. This apartment complex has been sold a couple of times so I'm sure that's all they have.
