Nelson Hirsch & Assoicates/No Fax Payday Loans

My sister received a call today concerning me and a loan that I took out in 2004. Mrs McDuffy with this collection agency stated that No Fax Payday Loans has a fraud case against me. I call the lady back this afternoon she was very nice, but did inform me that unless I paid $520 fraud charges would be brought against me. I ask twice that this was from 2004 correct and it is now 2009? Why in the world is this still going on? Can they still pursue Fraud against me? This is an internet loan service probably not legal in SC. I did try to call back and ask for Debt Validation, but I have not heard anything yet. Any advice?

tell them to pound sand.this pdl is illegal everywhere.also from 2004?ignore the humanoid.debts are civil matters not criminal ones anyway.they can't have you arrested for fraud,which is what she is implying.
