Need help with Nelson Watson

I have been getting calls from a company called Nelson Watson. I dind't know who it was until I did a search by the number online. Anyway, I never received any letters from them, but I do know that I owe on a Cap One bill. How should I handle this, do I call them back.

Also, I just recently enrolled in a debt settlement plan, should I tell them about it? I really don't know what to do and I appreciate any help

I called them and they didn't want to know that I enrolled with a debt cosolodation program, also he wanted payment over the phone, I asked him to send a statement and if there were other ways to pay, he wanted my checking account info, I didn't give it
