Well, they left me alone for a few days once I gave them my debt settlement attorney's number. Now they are back to calling me. They aren't calling my cell phone anymore, thank god. But they are calling my house.

So they just called and I'm sick of hearing the phone ring because I have a splitting headache. So I pick up. I'm on hold waiting for an operator for 5 minutes. Then someone picks up and asks for me. I say that I'm not here (pretending to be a babysitter). And the lady says "Well, have her call NES at 1-800-441-5317. And tell her she needs to call us back, this is in reference to a legal matter."

Seriously, was that even necessary, can they even tell someone that? Like what if a roommate had answered the phone? They are just throwing my business out there for everyone. I'm a little miffed at this point. But I'm just trying to be calm and let the debt settlement attorney handle it. I've been looking for an attorney in my area to help me sue them. I think they've racked up quite a bit of violations by this point.

I called NES this morning, after they called me at 8:15am and I wasn't home. I got an operator who was all ready to help me settle this debt. Lol. Then when I told him I was only giving him the number to my debt settlement attorney then magically he couldn't get in to the system and I'd have to call back later. These people are clowns.
