Wage Garnishment question

I just got notice that my wages are being garnished - apparently I missed the 30 day notice.

I know there's nothing I can do now (aside from filing BK which is cost-prohibitive at the moment), however reading through the form it says it's only good for 60 days. If the amount isn't paid off by the end of that period, will they have to send another notice before being able to re-start the garnishment?

I don't even know if it's going to be worth it but was wondering if there was anything I could do at that point.

This is sort of related, but I noticed that the address in the documents shows an address in another state that I haven't lived at in over 3 years. Is that where the notice would have been sent or, because they have my current employer, would it have been sent to my current address and would it have come certified or anything like that? I never received any certified letters, which is why I was wondering.

If they have to send another notice, I'd like to make sure I get it this time.

What is the nature of the debt which you are being garnished for? Did you ever receive summons? Where was this debt originated? In the state of your present residence or where you resided originally. A little more information is required before we can give you a coherent answer.
