Nightmare of a credit card debt

I live in Texas and for the last three years, a credit card have refused to negociate a settlement. After receiving notice of being sued, I turned it over to an attorney. The credit card is under our company and my name. My attorney sent a letter to the credit card company to valediate the debt. They never responded with any proof. I have no idea of what I am paying in the amount sued. They failed to show how much is debt, fees or if payments were ever applied. Today, my attorney tried to settle but they refused. The credit card company has issued an execution a visit from a sheriff. My question is: How can a credit company get a judgment without ever showing proof of debt? Is there anything I can do at this point? Can I remove my name? We have no money to pay the debt off.
Did your attorney ask for proof of the debt during discovery?

Nightmare of a credit card
Yes. My attorney told me they never answered his request for proof of debt. The amount they claim I owe is $3000 more than the orginal. Of course these are fees, interest & over the limit plus $1500 attorney fees. They never produced a detail account of what I actually owe & refused to
settle for what I could afford to pay in payments.
